We become involved from the early stages of the project, including direct engagement with the ejido where the project site is located. We contact and interact with ejido members to collect necessary documentation, draft and negotiate lease, usufruct, and right-of-way agreements, draft and witness community assemblies, coordinate with Notary Publics, and oversee the registration of these agreements with the National Agrarian Registry (Registro Agrario Nacional).
